Precision Through Technology

CAD software interface showing 3D jewelry model design

CAD Design Process

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is used to create a 3D model of the product using CAD software. Here we are using Rhino associate with matrix gold.

Here is a list of where CAD is used:

  • Modifying existing models: allows for changes to be made.
  • Geometrical and revolution shapes: creates perfectly geometrical shapes
  • Ring size: can create a master for each size easier
  • A precision setting like pave: allows for perfect straight lines and even gaps
  • Rendering image: images of the model with different materials and stones

Technical CAD presentation with stone placement and sizing details

Technical Presentation

Technical presentation is used to present the final 3D design to the customer, showcasing important details such as stone positions, sizes, and estimated weight of the piece.

The technical presentation includes:

  • Detailed 3D visualization of the final design
  • Precise stone placement and measurements
  • Accurate sizing specifications
  • Estimated metal weight calculations
  • Photorealistic renderings with selected materials and stones

From Design to Reality

Once the CAD design is finalized and approved, the next step in our jewelry creation process is 3D printing. This advanced technology allows us to transform our precise digital models into physical prototypes with exceptional accuracy.
